OWNER

With four daughters and one son the wish to promote a family / home from home environment is paramount. Beccy strongly believes that her experiences as a working mother have led her to become highly sensitive to the needs of other working parents and also the difficulties that they face on a daily basis. She has experienced juggling work with nursery care and is well aware of the areas that need to be addressed. “Parents need to be supported and able to feel involved in their child’s development”.

Beccy spent eight years in the food industry working for an M&S food supplier. The first six years were spent as a New Product Development Technologist and remaining two as a Buyer.

Previous to that Beccy gained experience in retail management and enjoyed many years teaching modern and tap dance to children aged between three and fifteen years.

Beccy handles the business side of the nursery but also gets involved in day-to-day activities. 

MANAGER

Abbey is a qualified and experienced member of staff who has worked at Favours since 2008. She has a business degree and studied further to this to become an Early Years Teacher. Abbey also holds certificates in Paediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene, Health and Safety, Baby Room Project and Designated Safeguarding Lead. She is responsible for overseeing the running of both nurseries and supporting the managers. 

In 2018 Abbey and Stuart had their daughter, Daisy who attends holiday club. In 2022 they then had their second daughter Ivy, who attends both nurseries.
Stuart has a business degree and is on site Thursdays and Fridays. Stuart handles all accounts for the business and can help if you have any queries around invoices and funding.
Emma is the Nursery Manager at Moulton and has worked for us since July 2019. Emma has an BA(Hons) Degree in Early Childhood Studies and has worked leading in all rooms during her time with us. 

Emma started at our Irthlingborough nursery and then moved to Moulton in 2022.

Emma is responsible for the well-being and development of both the children and staff.

Emma is also a designated safeguarding lead for the nursery.
Rachel is the Deputy Manager at Moulton and has worked for us since 2016. Rachel has an BA(Hons) Degree in Early Childhood Studies as well as her Early Years Teacher Status. Rachel joined us on placement while at university and then after having her son Harry. Rachel returned from maternity leave in January 2021 after having her second son Jude and again in June 2022 after having her daughter Florence. Rachel is Leader for our pre-school and responsible for ensuring children leave us ready to succeed in their journey at school.
Beth is the Nursery Manager at Irthlingborough and has worked for us since 2015. Beth has completed her BA(Hons) Degree in Early Childhood Studies, her Masters in Education and her Early Years Teacher Status. 

Beth started at our Moulton nursery and then moved to Irthlingborough in 2018.

Beth is the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator and a Designated Safeguarding Lead for the nursery.

Beth is responsible for the well-being and development of both the children and staff.
India is the Deputy Manager at Irthlingborough and has worked for us since September 2021. India is studying for her level 5 qualification to become and advanced practitioner and is working full time alongside this. India joined us as our Toddler Room Leader but moved to pre-school in 2023 where she now leads this area. India is responsible for the well-being and development of both the children and staff during Beth's absence.
