Making sure children’s information is up-to-date is vital to their safety and well-being.
Our nursery uses “Parent Portal” which gives you, as parents, access to the read-only timeline of your child’s progress including important information relating to your child’s care.
What information can I expect to see in the Parent Portal app?
- A timeline of your child’s day, with notes and photos from their child’s Key Person
- The balance of your account, including a breakdown of invoices (both for payments made and any amounts outstanding)
- An itemisation of each session, including any add-ons
- Important information relating to your child such as allergies, illnesses and medication
- Any past, current or future sessions booked
- Contact details such as the names and telephone numbers
